Home/site visit: Usually to discuss requirements, measure up and view the setting so I can provide appropriate furniture.

Design and estimate: There may be a few potential design routes to follow, at this stage we choose one, tie up the details so the piece can be estimated.

Making: This happens in my small rural workshop and can be visited at any stage.

Installation: I deliver and fit myself, which reduces the potential for lack of communication pitfalls. It’s also the most satisfying element of the job.

Aftercare: Oiling, adjustments, etc..
